Fire guts Pure FM Studio, programming temporarily suspended

A fire has destroyed the studios of Pure FM in Patasi, Kumasi, forcing the station to suspend all programming.

The blaze broke out Wednesday evening while live programming was ongoing, damaging equipment and parts of the building. Firefighters managed to bring the flames under control, and no injuries have been reported. However, all studio equipment has been reduced to ashes.

Management urges listeners to bear with us as programs are suspended pending investigations into the cause of the fire and a revive of the station.
