E/R Chairmanship race: I’m still in the race- Jeffery Konadu
An aspiring New Patriotic Party (NPP) Chairman in the eastern region, Jeffery Konadu has dismissed claims suggesting he had stepped down from the party’s chairmanship race candidate race.
He was alleged to have withdrawn from contesting the chairmanship position after a meeting with some high powered party leaders in Accra.
A close source to the chairman hopeful said people are afraid ‘that is why they are orchestrating this’.
”Jeffery Konadu is in this race and winning it, regardless” He added.
Mr Konadu stated weeks ago that he is optimistic and believes his deeds at the regional secretary level will pay off.
He has therefore urged all NPP delegates, supporters and the general public to disregard falsehood and fabricated story making waves in the media purporting his withdrawal ahead of the polls on May 27.
